Mosaic control panel from SOIKP at the central control center of DEC «Turkmenenergo»

Display system of informative controlled parameters (SOIKP)
SOIKP is a decentralized complex of electronic devices, consisting of controllers for managing groups of TI, TS indication devices and the indication devices themselves. SOIKP is designed for receiving teleinformation from an external device and its visual display on indicators in the form of digital values of TI and light single or symbolic signals of TK as part of the mnemonic scheme of electrical networks, created on the mosaic control panel at the control points and on the main control panels of electrical networks.
The SOIKP includes: the following components:
1) Device for controlling digital indicators (UUCI), consisting of
control unit (BUI TI-48) and up to 4 switching panels (PC TI-12).
2) Control unit for individual vehicle indicators of two types (Buoys TS-64, -128).
3) Control unit for vehicle matrix indicators (BUMI TS-32).
4) Block of segmental BIS indicators, two types (BISZ-38, -56).
5) Single-point TS LED single- and two-color indicator (ITS-1, -2).
6) LED matrix TC indicator based on a 5×7 two-color matrix (IDM -5/7)
7) Shield controller (Shield controller).
8) Power supply units BP 220/24 V and BP 220/12-5 Art.
The types and number of delivered positions of SOICP are determined by the order specification in accordance with the project documentation for a specific mosaic control panel with a display system.
SOIKP is resistant to the influence of the following climatic factors during operation:
— Ambient air temperature from 0 to 50 ºС;
— relative humidity of the surrounding air from 40 to 80% at 25 ºС, without moisture condensation;
— Atmospheric pressure from 84 to 107 kPa.
The SOIKP is powered by an alternating current network with a nominal voltage of 220 V with a frequency of 50±3 Hz or a voltage of 220 V direct current.
The level of influence of constant and (or) alternating magnetic fields of the mains frequency at the place of installation of SOIKP, no more than 400 A/m.
