Operational and information management complex SCADA«D2»
«OIK D2», hereinafter the complex, is an integrated complex of specialized system, application, library, tool and service software (software), as well as software tools of the database management system (DBMS). It runs on the Windows operating system platform.
The complex is designed for dispatching control of energy facilities in normal and
emergency mode, organizational and technological maintenance, for communication with the upper ones
hierarchy levels in the power system, as well as for processing, documenting and archiving mode parameters and technological process data. The complex allows for remote control of the entire serviced electrical network.
The complex can be installed both on newly constructed facilities and on existing facilities through the replacement and reconstruction of existing control and management facilities.
The complex performs the following functions:
— reception of telemetric and other operational information according to standard data transfer protocols IEC 870-5-101, IEC 870-5-104, Modbus (RTU, ASCII, TCP/IP), ICCP (OPC server), which allows receiving data from various telemechanics devices and other software complexes;
— display of telemetric and other operational information on mnemonics, in tabular and graphic form;
— translation of telemetry and telesignals to manual control and back;
— Flowering of television signals;
— installation and removal of posters on mnemonics;
— Printing of mnemonics and graphs;
— saving the information received in the Database (maintenance of an archive with the assignment of a time stamp with an accuracy of up to 1 ms), with the possibility of analyzing and viewing the saved data;
— the possibility of building a distributed multi-machine complex with full hot redundancy;
— keeping a log of user actions and system operations;
— management of the control panel display system, which allows outputting telemetric information, manual input information and receipt commands to telesignaling indicators;
— issuance of commands for remote control of the state of high-voltage switching equipment at substations;
— Operational monitoring of state parameters of controlled electrical networks;
— Defining the topology of the network model.
