Panel devices for displaying the values of electrical parameters SHPO-1, SHPO-3

SHPO-1, SHPO-3, hereinafter the devices, are part of SOIKP and are designed for dynamic display of scaled values of measured electricity parameters on one- or three-line digital LED indicators and the percentage value of one of the parameters of the analog LED scale.
They are installed on the main and block control panels of power plants and substations.
The source of information for devices can be a digital measuring converter that supports the RS-485 physical interface and the Modbus exchange protocol (RTU) in slave mode.

SHPO-1 is used in a pair with a measuring transducer type. MTE 11XX, MTE 12XX, and SHPO-3 — with MTE 1420.
The exchange rate is set in the range from 9.6 to 57.2 kbaud.
Configuration for specific display conditions is carried out using mechanical keys installed on the front side of the device display.
With the help of one of the buttons, you can set the level of brightness of the indicators (3 gradations).
The information channel is organized on the RS-485 physical interface with galvanic separation from the main electronic nodes of the device.
All external connections are made with screw clamps using terminal connectors.
The overall dimensions are:
— SHPO-1 – 145x70x105 mm. Weight no more than 200 g
— SHPO-3 – 120x120x143 mm. The weight is a little more than 350 g.

The power supply of the devices is carried out from an alternating current network with a voltage of 90 to 260 V with a network frequency (50±3 Hz) or a direct current with a voltage of 120 … 370 V. The power consumed by the SHPO-1 is no more than 5.0 W; SHPO-3, no more than 10 W.
Operating conditions:
— Ambient air temperature from minus 20 to 50 ºС;
— relative humidity of the surrounding air from 40 to 80% at 25 ºС, without moisture condensation;
— Atmospheric pressure from 84 to 107 kPa.
