MUR-4DI-220/24
MUR-4DI-220/24. Module for matching levels of input discrete signals from 220 to 24 V for 4 channels.
1.1 MUR-4DS-220/24 is designed to match the physical voltage levels of input discrete signals of 220 and 24 V. It is recommended for use as part of connection controllers (MVV-8-4-I, AKON-310), which are installed in cells and panels of power facilities during telemechanization.
1.2 Without the use of intermediate relays, it performs the function of multiplying the alarm and warning signal (APS), which is formed in the RZA circuits of cells and panels.
2. Technical characteristics
2.1 MUR-4-DS-220/24 has 4 independent «transparent» channels that provide reception of discrete signal states with a voltage of 230 V AC or 220 V DC, with a deviation of ± 10%, and subsequent conversion into 18…36 V DC.
2.2 The following electrical and mechanical characteristics are supported:
— group galvanic isolation between input and output circuits, withstanding a breakdown voltage of up to 1.5 kV;
— input current for each of the 220 V channels in the range from 1.5 to 3 mA;
— output current, switching the output electronic unit with 24 V, from 1.5 to 50 mA.
— The value of the output current is regulated by the circuitry of the connected controllers
— connections.
— delay time for switching on is no more than 20 μs, for switching off — 20 ms;
— external wires are connected using connectors with screw fastening.
— 2.3 Overall dimensions (WxHxD) 52x115x65 mm. Weight — 0.15 kg. Mechanical protection —
IP20.

3. Operating conditions
3.1 Designed for operation in closed rooms in the absence of a category of increased danger.
3.2 Ambient temperature within the range of minus 25 to 50 ° C at a relative humidity of no condensation.
4. Arrangement and description of operation
4.1 The MUR-4DS-220/24 module is an autonomous device consisting of a plastic case in which a two-layer printed circuit board with electronic components and connectors is mounted. On both sides of the case, two switching connectors (for 2 and 4 contacts) for external connections are output through holes to the outside. The case is designed for mounting on a Din-rail.
4.2 Each of the conversion channels is built on the basis of a transistor optocoupler, at the input of which a diode bridge is installed to rectify the alternating current voltage, and at the output, with the help of an external transistor, a Darlington circuit is built, which provides the required value of the output current. One of the inputs of each of the channels, respectively, both at the input and at the output, is interconnected and output to separate connectors.
On the one hand, this makes it possible to reduce the number of external connections, and on the other hand, it requires that all channels, both at the input and at the output, be respectively tied to one of the
2
poles of the power sources.
In the operating mode, each of the module channels can be in one of two states:
— in the absence of an active state at the input, the output is in the third state;
— if there is an active state at the input (220 V), the output shows the switching voltage value, which is provided by the corresponding connection controller in the process of polling its TS inputs.
5. Installation and connection
5.1 Modules for matching the voltage levels of output and input discrete signals
MUR-4DS-220/24 are used when it is necessary to connect active APS signals with a voltage value in the active state ~/= 220 V to the input circuits of TS signal reception
controllers with a switching voltage of 21…36 V DC, provided that there is no free pair of «dry contacts» on the side of the APS signal generation circuit.
5.2 The modules are intended to be mounted on a Din-rail. The electrical installation is performed by a «screw» connection. The connection diagram is shown in the Figure
