Software and technical tools (PTS)
As a PTS for the creation of automated systems and telemechanical complexes, we use domestic equipment and software both of our own development and of the foreign company ABB, of which we are official partners.
The basis of the aircraft-level complexes is the Multi-channel Collection and Management Controller (BKZU, TU U 31.2-25641912-001:2011), which provides full-scale data collection on electrical parameters on the aircraft and the transmission of teleinformation to the local and upper level of dispatching control. In the reverse direction, the BKZU relays discrete remote control commands of high-voltage switching equipment.
Built-in application software BKZU functions on the platform of the Linux real-time operating system and provides support for a series of data exchange protocols of international standards, such as:
−supports exchange using a number of specialized protocols such as:
- Modbus RTU COM (Master/Slave);
- Modbus RTU TCP/IP (Master/Slave);
- IEC60870-5-101(Master/Slave);
- IEC60870-5-103(Master/Slave);
- IEC60870-5-104(Master/Slave);
- IEC61850-8 MMS (Master/Slave);
- DNP3.0 TCP (Master/——);
- DNP3.0 COM (Master/——);
In addition, it supports exchange using a number of specialized protocols such as:
- AIST (Master/Slave);
- GRANIT (Master);
- KOMPAS (Master);
- TM120(Master);
- MKT-3 (Master);
- MKT-2 (Master/Slave);
- TM-512 (Master/Slave);
- SPA ABB company (Master)
- GPS time (Master)
- NTP server/client
- SNMP server
- WEB SCADA with TLS
- PLC functions aka IEC 61131
Configuration of built-in software for specific operating conditions is carried out remotely over a computer network using service software.
Communication with service personnel during repair and preventive works is supported via the WEB interface using a connected technological computer. Hardware BKZU is delivered in the form of a cabinet with modules mounted in it and a group of remote autonomous blocks for building a decentralized structure of the telemechanics complex.

Cabinet of telemechanics BKZU with electronic modules of custom configuration in floor or wall design
IP54 metal cabinet with electronic modules mounted on DIN rails. The operating temperature range is minus 20 to 50°C. The composition of the modules, in various quantities and ratios, may include:
— AKON. Modbus RTU module for inputting analog signals of normalized current (0…5 or 4…20 mA) (can be used independly);
-MSACH. GPS system astronomical time synchronization module;
-PS. Mean Well power supply unit without backup and with backup from
batteries of the type DR 45-24 or AD 55B (with two batteries). Input power 220 V AC or DC.
